Terms And Conditions

We're dedicated to provide excellency in our tennis training for all. Just like any training program, there are specific terms and conditions that apply to everyone. It's crucial for all our students to read and understand these guidelines so they can make informed decisions about their training.

 

Enrolment And Payment

To enrol in our programmes, you are required to first complete the necessary registration forms and payments. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of each session.

PACKAGES AND SESSIONS BOUGHT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Do contact the Coach/ Admin if you require further assistance.

 

Scheduling And Rescheduling

All training sessions are scheduled in advance, and it is the student's responsibility to attend all sessions as scheduled. However, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we allow students to reschedule their training sessions with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Any rescheduling done with less than 24-hour notice may result in a missed session.

 

Liability Waiver

As with any sport, tennis involves certain risks, such as injuries or accidents. By participating in our programs, you agree to waive liability for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of training with us. We also advise that all students have adequate health insurance coverage and inform us of any preexisting medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in training.

Code Of Conduct

Our tennis academy has established a code of conduct that we expect all players to follow. This includes being respectful to other players, coaches and staff, following instructions given by coaches and staff, not using foul language or abusive behaviour, and not damaging academy facilities and property.

 

Photography And Promotion

From time to time, we take photographs or videos of our students during training sessions for promotional purposes. By enrolling in Play! Tennis programs, students and their parents or guardians permit us to use any such photos or videos for promotional purposes without requiring compensation. However, you may inform us in writing if you do not wish for yourself or your child to be photographed or filmed.
